What you will do

• Act as primary operational contact for assigned channel partners.
• Review and validate purchase orders and documents for compliance.
• Create and configure customer accounts, service lines, hardware assignments, and billing structures.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Support to process orders through activation.
• Track order timelines and flag risks to revenue and activation goals.
• Spot friction points and suggest scalable process and system improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; OR 2+ years of professional experience in operations, customer support, or process coordination
• Strong attention to detail for process-driven work.
• Skill interpreting contracts, pricing, and billing rules.
• Cross-functional collaboration under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
• To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful, permanent resident (aka green card holder), Refugee under 8 U.S.C. § 1157, or Asylee under 8 U.S.C. § 1158, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
