What you will do

• Own paid-sourced and paid-influenced pipeline goals across all digital channels.
• Define and track key efficiency metrics including CPL, cost per opportunity, and pipeline per dollar.
• Collaborate with Marketing and RevOps to establish Salesforce and BI as the single source of truth for campaign performance.
• Design and execute a cross-channel experimentation roadmap including creative, audience, and landing page testing.
• Translate pipeline targets into regional and channel-level spend plans with clear budget allocation strategies.
• Establish regular performance review rhythms to align channel owners and Sales on optimization decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B performance, growth, or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of managing paid acquisition to meet specific pipeline and revenue targets.
• Hands-on expertise with major platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce and marketing analytics dashboards.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data, design experiments, and present results to stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity 4 days per week in the Palo Alto or San Francisco office.

• Experience in B2B SaaS.
