What you will do

  • Develop and execute paid media strategy across platforms like Google Ads, Reddit Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Manage the paid media budget to maximize ROI, pipeline impact, and channel efficiency.
  • Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
  • Define, monitor, and report on key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, MQLs, and SQLs.
  • Identify and test new marketing channels to assess viability and scalability.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize the end-to-end web conversion funnel.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in growth or performance marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep expertise in managing advertising campaigns aimed at generating pipeline and awareness.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using tools like Google Analytics and BI software.
  • Experience working within CRM and Marketing Automation ecosystems.
  • Must be based in Ireland, the United Kingdom, or the US (East Coast).
  • Must have the right to work independently without requiring sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing organic social media strategy in a B2B context.
  • Knowledge and experience within DevOps environments.
