What you will do
- Own and execute hirify.global's digital marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting channels.
- Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified pipeline for the Sales team.
- Manage and grow our organic presence through SEO, content distribution, and social media strategy.
- Build and maintain marketing dashboards to track campaign performance, CAC, and attribution across the funnel.
- Collaborate with Content and DevRel to amplify technical content through digital channels.
- Manage the digital marketing budget, optimizing spend allocation based on performance data.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing at a B2B SaaS company, ideally in developer tools or infrastructure.
- Proven track record of running paid campaigns that directly contributed to pipeline and revenue.
- Strong analytical skills and make decisions based on data.
- Experience with SEO strategy and organic content distribution.
- Hands-on proficiency with ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta) and marketing automation tools.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical product value into compelling campaign messaging.
Nice to have
- Experience marketing to a technical audience (DevOps, SRE, platform engineering).
- Familiarity with the observability or cloud-native ecosystem.
- Experience with ABM strategies and tools like HubSpot or 6sense.
