hirify.global is building an OpenTelemetry-native, AI-centric platform that eliminates vendor lock-in and meaningless toil.

What you will do

  • Own and execute hirify.global's digital marketing strategy across paid search, paid social, display, and retargeting channels.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified pipeline for the Sales team.
  • Manage and grow our organic presence through SEO, content distribution, and social media strategy.
  • Build and maintain marketing dashboards to track campaign performance, CAC, and attribution across the funnel.
  • Collaborate with Content and DevRel to amplify technical content through digital channels.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, optimizing spend allocation based on performance data.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in digital marketing at a B2B SaaS company, ideally in developer tools or infrastructure.
  • Proven track record of running paid campaigns that directly contributed to pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong analytical skills and make decisions based on data.
  • Experience with SEO strategy and organic content distribution.
  • Hands-on proficiency with ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta) and marketing automation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical product value into compelling campaign messaging.

Nice to have

  • Experience marketing to a technical audience (DevOps, SRE, platform engineering).
  • Familiarity with the observability or cloud-native ecosystem.
  • Experience with ABM strategies and tools like HubSpot or 6sense.
  • Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment.
