PMO Analyst

What you will do

• Manage project initiatives and schedule tasks in MS Project based on Work Breakdown Structures.
• Identify project milestones and interdependencies across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Maintain and review the Risks, Action Items, and Decisions (RAID) Log in collaboration with government leads.
• Facilitate weekly schedule reviews and prepare project status reports for senior leadership.
• Conduct quality assurance and control for internal and external product deliverables.
• Track the drafting, review, approval, and archiving process of all project-related products.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required for government contract security clearance
• Must be local to Washington, DC
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., economics, engineering, mathematics, business).
• Proven experience managing complex projects and maintaining schedules from beginning to end.
• Strong proficiency in MS Project, Excel, SharePoint, and related office software.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust government clearance.
• Familiarity with Agile software development and DHS contracting environments.
