What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams through product scope negotiation and schedule development.
• Develop and own highly integrated execution plans spanning over 10 engineering disciplines.
• Communicate program status clearly to management, development teams, and customers.
• Identify, track, and proactively mitigate execution roadblocks and technical risks.
• Drive continuous improvement of product development processes.
• Manage the entire program scope of work to ensure high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience as a Program Manager within the semiconductor industry.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Must be able to access technical data without the need for an export license.
