HubSpot Systems & Revenue Operations Specialist: Owning hirify.global’s HubSpot ecosystem end-to-end, troubleshooting problems, optimizing workflows, and ensuring data integrity across Sales, Client Services, Support, and Finance with an accent on automation, invoicing, time tracking, and reporting clarity. Focus on strengthening, optimizing, and scaling the existing systems foundation, while leading targeted enhancements.

Location: Remote

Salary: $65K – $80K (based on experience)

What you will do

  • Own and administer the full HubSpot instance across Sales, Client Services, and Support.
  • Build, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize workflows, automations, lifecycle stages, and pipelines.
  • Partner with Finance to reconcile new sales and upsell data between HubSpot and QuickBooks.
  • Build and maintain dashboards that give leadership clear visibility into revenue, lifecycle performance, and support operations.
  • Train team members on HubSpot workflows, tools, and data discipline.
  • Lead execution of architecture enhancements focused on time tracking and invoicing improvements.

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years experience in HubSpot administration, revenue operations, or CRM systems roles.
  • 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot workflow building, automation, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience managing integrations (QuickBooks, APIs, Zapier, SMS tools, etc.).
  • Comfort reconciling CRM data with finance systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a bias toward clean, scalable data architecture.
  • Clear communicator and patient trainer for non-technical team members.
