TL;DR

Professional Services Consultant (SaaS): Delivering solutions to customer enablement challenges using a SaaS platform with an accent on accelerating customer time to value. Focus on configuration, implementation, and governance to meet enablement goals and ensure a positive user experience.

Location: Remote, US. Must be comfortable supporting in the US time zone.

Salary: $124,200 - $138,000 a year

What you will do

  • Run project kick-off, define implementation plan, consult on post-launch activities, and facilitate project review meetings.
  • Prepare customer teams to successfully manage hirify.global by enabling the people and processes required.
  • Advise on configuration for the hirify.global platform, including user administration, content organization, reports, and analytics.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders by developing, executing, optimizing, and assessing enablement programs.
  • Provide recommendations on communication and change management strategy for program adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments like Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years’ experience using technology platforms to solve business problems.
  • 2+ years’ experience in project managing cross-functional global teams in high complexity deployments; within a B2B, SaaS environment.
  • Experience in platform configuration, implementation, and governance with a variety of customers from SMBs to Enterprises.
  • Experience working with data-driven dashboards and reports.
  • Experience as a “power user” or system administrator on a SaaS, enterprise software platform.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the Principles of Sales Enablement.
  • Experience and understanding of CRM technologies (e.g., SFDC, Hubspot, etc).
  • Experience in Management consulting is a preferred.
