hirify.global is a multi-specialty telehealth platform building a virtual front door to the healthcare system by connecting consumers to licensed healthcare professionals and wellness products.

What you will do

  • Develop and own the framework for converting forecasted demand into required labor hours.
  • Calculate and publish weekly hours targets by department and site, ensuring model transparency.
  • Perform deep analysis of planned versus actual labor performance to identify and resolve model gaps.
  • Partner with Operations, HR, and Finance to align on hiring ramps and capacity implications.
  • Evolve proof-of-concept models into scalable, well-defined reporting solutions.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the US
  • 6+ years of experience in workforce, capacity, production, or supply planning.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including scenario modeling.
  • Experience working with ERP or planning systems.
  • Strong ability to communicate complex data-driven insights to cross-functional stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Basic to intermediate SQL experience.
  • Experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
