What you will do
- Own the technical build of the operational tech foundation.
- Expand the Zendesk ecosystem into broader business systems.
- Build an enterprise-grade operational technology platform for internal Ops.
- Automate core agent workflows using AI tooling.
Requirements
- Remote work from non-U.S. locations.
- Experience building core systems from scratch.
- Ability to explain system functionality in detail.
