Sales Development Representative

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Identifying and engaging small business prospects to introduce hirify.global and generate interest in the platform with an accent on high-volume outbound prospecting and lead qualification. Focus on booking demos for Senior Account Executives and consistently updating CRM with accurate information.

What you will do

• Focus on outbound prospecting small businesses across the U.S. (130 cold calls per day) with leads that are provided to you.
• Book demos for Senior Account Executives, ramping up to 3 demos/day over time and with training.
• Reach out and confirm prospects' attendance at their scheduled demos.
• Consistently update activities, opportunities, and account information in the CRM.

Requirements

• Previous cold calling experience preferred.
• Strong desire to succeed and build a career in sales.
• Ability to self-motivate and succeed in a fast-paced role.
• Willingness to ask for help and an openness to being coached.
• Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
