TL;DR

Business Development Representative (SaaS): Driving revenue growth through strategic outbound prospecting and lead qualification with an accent on target account research and multi-threaded outreach. Focus on managing the sales pipeline, building deep partnerships with Account Executives, and consistently hitting quarterly performance quotas.

Location: Must work onsite 5 days per week in Denver, CO

Salary: $58,820 – $72,660 Base Salary (plus variable compensation)

What you will do

  • Target and prioritize accounts using intent-based research tools.
  • Conduct cold outreach via phone, email, and social selling channels.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound prospects using BANT and MEDDPICC methodologies.
  • Manage interactions and lead data within the CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to create qualified sales opportunities.
  • Communicate the value proposition of the product suite to potential customers.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work onsite in Denver, CO, 5 days per week.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Proven ability in cold-calling and account qualification.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills.
  • Target-driven mindset with experience facilitating qualifying conversations.
