What you will do

  • Execute high-volume outbound and inbound prospecting across phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified pipeline.
  • Design, test, and optimize go-to-market strategies and lead generation initiatives in partnership with marketing.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance, delivering structured insights on messaging, targeting, and conversion metrics.
  • Develop and refine outbound/inbound playbooks based on real-world market feedback.
  • Manage daily outreach, research, and discovery conversations to consistently meet or exceed activity targets.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in business development within the SaaS or tech sectors.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly master new platforms and sales processes.
  • Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
  • Execution-driven mindset with strong initiative and independent ownership of results.
  • Proactive and resourceful approach to creative problem-solving.
  • Strong collaborative skills for effective partnership with sales and marketing teams.
