TL;DR

What you will do

  • Introduce the platform to prospective customers via high-volume cold calling and email outreach.
  • Drive lead generation by creating qualified opportunities for the account executive team.
  • Identify key influencers and decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Manage sales activities, opportunity tracking, and account data within the HubSpot CRM.
  • Collaborate with the broader sales team to refine outreach strategies and achieve quota goals.

Requirements

  • Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States.
  • 1+ years of professional sales experience.
  • Demonstrated capacity for high-volume phone work (averaging 160+ dials per day).
  • Excellent phone presence and professional communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving approach and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Disciplined work ethic and eagerness to learn within an early-stage startup environment.

Nice to have

  • 1+ year of dedicated outbound cold-calling experience.
  • Direct experience working in early-stage startups.
  • Background or personal experience in customer verticals like fitness, wellness, or yoga.
