What you will do

  • Own the forecasting process for assigned sales teams, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.
  • Develop financial models to support quota setting, territory planning, and revenue projections.
  • Leverage AI‑driven GTM tools to enhance sales productivity, improve data quality, and accelerate revenue operations.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, trends, and performance metrics.
  • Identify process gaps and implement best practices to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Prepare and present business reviews, forecasts, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related analytical roles within SaaS.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
  • Strong skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and planning platforms (Anaplan or similar).
  • Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
