What you will do
- Act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Customer Success, Legal, Finance, Systems, and other key teams.
- Drive the creation and rollout of scalable contracting policies and processes.
- Foster a culture focused on ongoing enhancement, documenting best practices, and embedding a data-centric approach.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate deal metrics to uncover business insights and pinpoint areas for optimization.
- Lead the planning and implementation of system upgrades and projects that reinforce Deal Desk operations.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in deal desk or revenue-focused roles.
- Skilled in drafting and negotiating software agreements.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficient with CRM, CPQ, and CLM systems.
- Knowledgeable in SaaS business models, pricing strategies, and revenue recognition practices.
- Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
