TL;DR

Head of Talent Management (HR): Overseeing the delivery of world-class onboarding, training, engagement, and performance processes with an accent on strategic and pragmatic thinking, and excellent attention to detail. Focus on delivering excellence in HR reporting, driven by leading AI tools.

Location: Must be currently based in Singapore with valid legal working rights

What you will do

  • Oversee the delivery of onboarding, training, engagement, performance, and offboarding processes.
  • Proactively coordinate with HoDs/managers to ensure new joiners have a clear ‘success plan’.
  • Curate and deliver a cost-effective, AI-powered, year-round L&D program.
  • Proactively work with HoDs to ensure performance conversations are done often, done well, and done with kindness.
  • Curate and deliver a year-round calendar of initiatives that keep top performers connected to the vision of hirify.global and their fellow colleagues.
  • Ensure key Talent Management metrics are collected, reviewed, and reported on within SLAs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working within a fast-paced technology or scale-up environment.
  • Demonstrated track record in the creation and/or implementation of an L&D strategy and a Performance Management strategy.
  • Exceptional understanding of onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws in Southeast Asia, Australia, and the UK.
  • Established career with 10+ years in HR, including prior experience as a Head of Talent Management, Head of HR, or equivalent.
  • Must be currently based in Singapore with valid legal working rights
