What you will do
- Partner directly with GTM management and leadership teams, building trusted advisor status.
- Design and lead the annual delivery of the organization's People Plan agenda related to learning, performance, and development.
- Identify needs, gaps, and opportunities within the team’s current people management structure to improve organizational health metrics.
- Support new and experienced people managers across the GTM function, ensuring a strong and consistent approach to people management.
- Partner with the People team to deliver annual People processes surrounding talent and performance, attrition and retention, and learning initiatives.
- Use AI tools and LLMs to build lightweight, prompt-driven enablement workflows.
Requirements
- Experience in a high-growth environment, partnering with GTM management teams at a strategic level.
- Experience working remotely and internationally, coordinating with team members globally.
- Process-oriented with skills in creating structure and finding creative solutions to non-obvious problems.
- Excellent communicator in all channels (in-person, over Zoom, in Slack).
- Passion for helping others and identifying problems to ultimately define solutions and drive impact.
- AI-fluent and comfortable using LLMs to accelerate work.
Nice to have
- Experience working in startup or high-growth technology environments, particularly within SaaS companies.
- Strong experience facilitating and presenting on a wide array of topics, including enablement-led discussions; coaching certification is a plus.
