What you will do

• Act as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders across the Commercial org.
• Partner with leaders to connect business goals to people strategy, org design, and team effectiveness.
• Manage employee relations matters with empathy and consistency.
• Support a globally distributed, remote workforce across multiple time zones and countries.
• Build, iterate, and scale people frameworks that improve employee experience, culture, and performance.
• Collaborate closely with People Ops, Talent, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution.

Requirements

• 4+ years as an HRBP/People Partner in a fast-paced startup/scale-up.
• You love the variety and can pivot from coaching to drafting a project proposal.
• You are a self-starter and identify the root cause and work on the solution.
• You believe that kindness, boundaries, and clear expectations are the foundation of a high-performing culture.
• You live in Slack, Notion, HiBob, and Deel and are accustomed to adopting new tools.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting a globally distributed team across multiple timezones.
• Experience in creating AI-assisted solutions and automations.
