Director, People Partner

Director, People Partner (HR Business Partnering): Leading strategic people initiatives and advisory for Data, Technology & Analytics and Media Management teams across Europe with an accent on organizational development, talent strategy, and cross-border employee relations. Focus on driving high-impact people programs, mentoring regional HR teams, and ensuring leadership alignment within a complex matrixed environment.

Location: Must be based in London, UK (Hybrid: in-office approx. 4 days/week)

What you will do

• Serve as a strategic business partner to leadership teams across European markets for DT&A and MM&D functions.
• Develop and implement people strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational performance.
• Mentor and coach a small team of People Partners, fostering a high-performing collaborative environment.
• Lead complex employee relations cases and provide expert guidance on organizational design and change management.
• Collaborate with Centres of Value to deliver programs on talent management, compensation, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with European employment laws and regulations across all supported markets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in strategic People consulting or business partnering within a multi-country European matrixed environment.
• Fluency in written and verbal English is required.
• Strong influencing and leadership skills with the ability to navigate diverse European cultures.
• Experience supporting Data, Technology & Analytics or Media Management functions is highly desirable.
• Capability to travel internationally as necessitated by the role.
• Demonstrated success managing fixed-term or maternity cover assignments.
