What you will do
- Serve as a strategic business partner to leadership teams across European markets for DT&A and MM&D functions.
- Develop and implement people strategies that align with business objectives and drive organizational performance.
- Mentor and coach a small team of People Partners, fostering a high-performing collaborative environment.
- Lead complex employee relations cases and provide expert guidance on organizational design and change management.
- Collaborate with Centres of Value to deliver programs on talent management, compensation, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with European employment laws and regulations across all supported markets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic People consulting or business partnering within a multi-country European matrixed environment.
- Fluency in written and verbal English is required.
- Strong influencing and leadership skills with the ability to navigate diverse European cultures.
- Experience supporting Data, Technology & Analytics or Media Management functions is highly desirable.
- Capability to travel internationally as necessitated by the role.
- Demonstrated success managing fixed-term or maternity cover assignments.
