Location: Hybrid (London, England, United Kingdom). Requires 2-3 designated office days each week.

What you will do
- Partner with stakeholders across Engineering, Product, and Commercial teams to support performance, engagement, and team effectiveness.
- Lead and manage employee relations cases, applying a commercial and pragmatic approach to resolving issues.
- Support the delivery of core people processes, including performance cycles, promotions, and engagement initiatives.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across teams, sharing insights with the People Partnering Lead.
- Partner with Talent to support hiring plans and onboarding processes.
- Work with People Operations to ensure smooth delivery of people processes.
Requirements
- Experience in an HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor, or Generalist role.
- Strong experience managing employee relations cases.
- Experience supporting managers with people-related matters.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Proactive and solutions-focused mindset.
- Good judgment and ability to handle sensitive situations.
