What you will do

• Maintain a centralized repository of sales materials, playbooks, and process guides.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors to capture campaign performance metrics.
• Design and improve the end-to-end campaign execution process.
• Support leadership meetings and planning sessions with insights and strategic analysis.
• Identify opportunities to improve tools, processes, and reporting.
• Develop prospect lists and sales guides for priority campaigns.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in Business Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing vendors to ensure timely delivery of required assets.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce, Tableau, Airtable, and Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
