Senior HRBP (AI): Providing HR support and leadership to Customer Service Automation, driving culture, designing organizations, leading change management, and providing leadership coaching. Focus on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.

What you will do

• Develop and implement HR plans and solutions in partnership with senior management and the HR team.
• Partner with the Director of Human Resources on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Lead extensive change management plans, including design and execution.
• Provide management coaching to front-line managers and senior leaders.
• Review and analyze business metrics to recommend actions/changes.
• Work with front-line managers and employees to address sensitive employee relations issues.

Requirements

• Ability to understand business goals and recommend approaches to help the business reach them through their people.
• Adaptability and thriving in a rapid and complex work environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• 5-8 years’ experience as a Business Partner.
• Basic knowledge of employment law.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Communications or related Technical Fields or equivalent work experience.
