TL;DR

Senior HRBP (AI): Providing HR support and leadership to Customer Service Automation with an accent on driving culture, designing organizations, and leading change management. Focus on providing leadership coaching, driving HR functional excellence, and working effectively across global locations.

Location: USA - Atlanta, GA. Hybrid model: 2 days working from the office and 3 days of remote work each week.

What you will do

• Develop and implement HR plans and solutions in partnership with senior management and the HR team.
• Partner with the Director, Human Resources and the business on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Provide management coaching to front-line managers and senior leaders.
• Assess training needs and conduct training sessions as appropriate.
• Provide compensation support including salary planning and job re-leveling.
• Address sensitive employee relations issues and implement innovative solutions for employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• Ability to understand business goals and recommend approaches to help the business reach them through their people.
• Adaptability and ability to thrive in a rapid and complex work environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Communications or related Technical Fields or equivalent work experience.
• 5-8 years’ experience as a Business Partner.
• Basic knowledge of employment law.
