TL;DR

Account Manager SME (Dutch Speaking): Managing and developing a portfolio of existing SME clients in Flanders, identifying growth opportunities and providing excellent customer service. Focus on building long-term relationships, advising on solutions, and collaborating with the business team to meet customer needs.

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, Spain. Close contact with colleagues in Belgium.

Salary: Annual base salary between 35k and 45k EUR depending on experience.

What you will do

  • Manage and develop your own customer portfolio, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Build trust with customers through enthusiasm and open communication, addressing their questions and suggestions.
  • Have remote contact with customers via online demos and video calls.
  • Collaborate with the business team to advise customers on the best solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and open the right doors.

Requirements

  • Commercial attitude and social character to build trusting relationships with customers.
  • Driven Account Manager with experience as a sparring partner.
  • Great sense of responsibility, self-managing, organizational, and proactive.
  • Fluent communication skills for dialogue with internal and external contacts.
  • Experience in B2B sales and solution selling; SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English.
