- Manage and develop your own customer portfolio, identifying growth opportunities.
- Build trust with customers through enthusiasm and open communication, addressing their questions and suggestions.
- Have remote contact with customers via online demos and video calls.
- Collaborate with the business team to advise customers on the best solutions.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and open the right doors.
Requirements
- Commercial attitude and social character to build trusting relationships with customers.
- Driven Account Manager with experience as a sparring partner.
- Great sense of responsibility, self-managing, organizational, and proactive.
- Fluent communication skills for dialogue with internal and external contacts.
- Experience in B2B sales and solution selling; SaaS experience is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English.
