What you will do
- Manage and develop a dedicated portfolio of existing SME clients.
- Identify growth opportunities within the client base using commercial insight.
- Conduct remote customer outreach, including online demos and video calls.
- Advise clients on the best software solutions in collaboration with the internal business team.
- Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with key customer contacts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales or solution selling.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Strong organizational, proactive, and self-managing skills.
- Commercial attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work within a hybrid setup based in the Barcelona office.
