TL;DR

Account Manager (SME): Managing and developing a portfolio of existing customers in the SME segment with an accent on building long-term relationships and identifying growth opportunities. Focus on providing excellent customer service, conducting remote product demonstrations, and collaborating with the Belgium-based headquarters.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Barcelona, Spain

Salary: €35,000–€45,000 per year

What you will do

  • Manage and develop a dedicated portfolio of existing SME clients.
  • Identify growth opportunities within the client base using commercial insight.
  • Conduct remote customer outreach, including online demos and video calls.
  • Advise clients on the best software solutions in collaboration with the internal business team.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships with key customer contacts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or solution selling.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Strong organizational, proactive, and self-managing skills.
  • Commercial attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work within a hybrid setup based in the Barcelona office.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Knowledge of additional European languages.
