What you will do

- Address and resolve post-sales issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of clients' business landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
- Utilize data insights and market intelligence to drive sales motions and execute targeted campaigns.
Requirements

- Experience in selling Technology Products and Services.
- Strong Verbal Communication and Negotiation Skills.
- Expertise in Customer Onboarding, Handling, and Escalation Management.
- Proficiency in Request Tracking and Collaboration.
- Ability to convert Business Problems to Technical Solutions.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Must be able to come together in person several days per week for collaboration in Barcelona, Spain.
