Location: Must be based in Madrid, Spain. Hybrid work arrangement required.

What you will do

  • Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with SME clients.
  • Act as the primary contact for digital service needs, ensuring effective solutions.
  • Develop and execute renewal strategies, leading client negotiations.
  • Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities using data insights.
  • Manage post-sales escalations and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Track account performance metrics to optimize strategies and advocate for client needs internally.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
  • Must have EU citizenship or a valid Spanish work permit.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into digital solutions.
  • Experience or strong exposure to customer relationship management.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Madrid.

  • Prior experience in selling technology products or services.
