TL;DR

Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Barcelona, Spain, with office attendance several days per week.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with SME clients.
  • Act as the primary contact for digital service inquiries, coordinating with internal teams.
  • Develop and execute tailored renewal strategies and lead negotiations.
  • Address and resolve post-sales issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of clients' business landscapes to identify growth opportunities.
  • Utilize data insights and market intelligence to drive sales motions and execute targeted campaigns.

Requirements

  • Passionate about Sales and excellence in customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in selling Technology Products and Services.
  • Strong Verbal Communication and Negotiation Skills.
  • Expertise in Customer Onboarding, Handling, and Escalation Management.
  • Proficiency in Request Tracking and Collaboration.
  • Ability to convert Business Problems to Technical Solutions.
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
  • Must be able to come together in person several days per week for collaboration in Barcelona, Spain.
