What you will do
- Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with SME clients.
- Act as the primary contact for digital service needs, ensuring effective solutions.
- Develop and execute renewal strategies, leading client negotiations.
- Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities using data insights.
- Manage post-sales escalations and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Track account performance metrics to optimize strategies and advocate for client needs internally.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory.
- Must have EU citizenship or a valid Spanish work permit.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to translate complex business challenges into digital solutions.
- Experience or strong exposure to customer relationship management.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Madrid.
