What you will do
- Develop and implement business plans for key channel partners.
- Set and evaluate annual targets, continuously following up on KPIs.
- Act as a professional interface between partners and Axis on a daily basis.
- Participate in trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities.
- Collaborate with system integrators to develop the project pipeline and close projects.
- Visit partners to maintain and develop relationships.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant field sales experience.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within IT & security.
- High technical interest and comfortable with solution selling in the security industry.
- Experience in account management and developing accounts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Speaking languages: native in French and fluent in English (C1+), Dutch/Flemish is a plus.
