- Conduct screening interviews and assess candidate-market fit.
- Maintain ATS and provide regular updates on hiring metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years focused on sales hiring in the US and LATAM.
- Deep knowledge of the US and LATAM talent landscape, compensation trends, and sourcing channels.
- Proven success hiring mid-to-senior level sales professionals (B2B, SaaS, or fintech a plus).
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
