What you will do

• Own end-to-end planning and execution for complex, cross-functional programs including internal enablement and customer-facing initiatives.
• Align stakeholders across engineering, product, leadership, and customers to clarify goals, scope, roles, and timelines.
• Build and maintain execution plans, manage risks and blockers, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Define, track, and report KPIs and success metrics to guide prioritization and measure impact.
• Gather and synthesize feedback to recommend product, tooling, and process improvements.
• Create scalable documentation and playbooks to improve consistency and streamline execution.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work from Menlo Park, CA or Bellevue, WA, USA.
• 5+ years of experience leading medium to large software industry programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Technical and business acumen with strong program management skills.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, ambiguous environments with competing priorities.
• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience (including familiarity with SQL and Python).
