What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Execute strategies to exceed revenue growth, retention, and churn reduction targets.
- Identify and convert upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
- Proactively engage customers through email, phone, and in-person meetings to drive product adoption.
- Monitor account metrics, analyze usage, and report on quarterly initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align marketing plans and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of account management, customer success, or sales experience in a B2B SaaS or legal environment.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level.
- Proficiency in learning software functionality for training and demonstrations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Post-secondary education in business, accounting, or law preferred.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Vancouver for hybrid work requirements.
