TL;DR

Account Manager (SaaS): Managing and expanding the existing customer base within Canadian markets by driving product adoption, upselling, and cross-selling integrated legal solutions. Focus on building long-term stakeholder relationships, minimizing churn, and executing strategic revenue growth plans using Salesforce.

Location: Hybrid (must be based in or able to work from Vancouver)

Salary: $85,000–$100,000 (plus 50% OTE)

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Execute strategies to exceed revenue growth, retention, and churn reduction targets.
  • Identify and convert upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
  • Proactively engage customers through email, phone, and in-person meetings to drive product adoption.
  • Monitor account metrics, analyze usage, and report on quarterly initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to align marketing plans and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of account management, customer success, or sales experience in a B2B SaaS or legal environment.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-level.
  • Proficiency in learning software functionality for training and demonstrations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Post-secondary education in business, accounting, or law preferred.
  • Must be based in or able to commute to Vancouver for hybrid work requirements.
