TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing growth and engagement for existing customers within Security & Investigations solutions with an accent on upselling, cross-selling, and consultative sales. Focus on driving recurring revenue, building strategic account plans, and delivering customer-centric solutions through effective relationship management.

Location: Must be based in or near Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid role requiring in-office presence as needed).

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 + commission.

What you will do

  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet customer retention and revenue targets.
  • Develop strategic account growth plans through consultative selling and transparent client communication.
  • Manage customer relationships as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Product to align on business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and usage metrics in the CRM.
  • Perform forecasting and track account metrics to ensure sales targets are met.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of sales experience within a SaaS company.
  • Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the Toronto office.
  • Demonstrated experience in a high-initiative, high-autonomy environment.
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs and facilitate strong professional rapport.
  • Resourceful problem-solving skills with a passion for technology.
  • Proficiency in CRM data management and sales documentation.

Nice to have

  • Prior exposure or knowledge within the Security & Investigations industry.
  • Experience using marketing automation tools.
