What you will do
- Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet customer retention and revenue targets.
- Develop strategic account growth plans through consultative selling and transparent client communication.
- Manage customer relationships as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Product to align on business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of customer transactions and usage metrics in the CRM.
- Perform forecasting and track account metrics to ensure sales targets are met.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of sales experience within a SaaS company.
- Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the Toronto office.
- Demonstrated experience in a high-initiative, high-autonomy environment.
- Ability to anticipate customer needs and facilitate strong professional rapport.
- Resourceful problem-solving skills with a passion for technology.
- Proficiency in CRM data management and sales documentation.
