What you will do
- Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of Commercial and Enterprise SDRs in the US market.
- Own the team's pipeline targets and outbound KPIs.
- Design and iterate on outbound sequences, messaging, and prospecting strategies.
- Run structured coaching sessions, call reviews, and pipeline meetings.
- Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoffs and high-quality opportunity creation.
- Collaborate with Marketing and RevOps to align on target accounts, lead scoring, and campaign follow-up motions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales development, with at least 1–2 years managing or leading an SDR team at a B2B SaaS company.
- A track record of building or scaling outbound teams that consistently hit pipeline targets.
- Strong coaching and people development skills.
- Experience with modern outbound tools and CRMs (HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or similar).
- Data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Nice to have
- Experience selling into technical personas (DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, observability).
- Familiarity with the OpenTelemetry or cloud-native ecosystem.
- Experience with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks at the SDR level.
- Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment.
