What you will do

• Define and execute multi-channel digital strategies including paid media, SEO, email, and website development.
• Own the full website strategy, ensuring it acts as a primary tool for conversion and engagement.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams in SEO, paid media, content marketing, and digital product.
• Manage marketing budgets, agency partners, and performance metrics with a test-and-learn approach.
• Collaborate with CRM, UX, and product teams to integrate and optimize user digital journeys.
• Stay current with digital trends and implement innovations across all customer touchpoints.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in digital marketing leadership, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or tech sectors.
• Deep hands-on expertise in performance marketing, website management, and SEO.
• Proven record of building and leading successful high-performance marketing teams.
• Proficiency with analytics tools, Google Ads, Meta, Salesforce, and CMS platforms.
