What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including pre-screening, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
• Develop candidate pipelines in niche areas based on market needs and business strategies.
• Use standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
• Maintain job posts and assist in creating standardized job descriptions.
• Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and complete necessary paperwork.

Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, specifically within the Salesforce and/or Amazon (AWS) space.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting is a plus.
• Proficient with Google Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and comfortable on the phone.
• Competitive and goal-oriented with attention to detail.
• Passion for establishing and maintaining relationships with recruited consultants.
