Account Executive (Mid-Market) (Fintech): Responsible for identifying and acquiring new logos within the Mid-Market business segment to meet and exceed monthly sales quota with an accent on creating opportunities through various prospecting methods and following up on inbound leads. Focus on understanding an organization’s buying needs, key decision makers, potential roadblocks and next steps to shorten sales cycles and acquire a high volume of new logo accounts.

What you will do

  • Acquire Mid-Market-sized new logo accounts within assigned territory to meet and exceed monthly sales quota.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of Mid-Market business opportunities by various prospecting methods and conducting demos of our suite of products.
  • Articulate the value proposition of hirify.global’s full suite of products and educate the customer how each product will improve their business’s human firewall.
  • Understand an organization’s buying needs, key decision makers, potential roadblocks and next steps to shorten sales cycles and acquire a high volume of new logo accounts.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough records of daily sales statistics via Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the assigned Channel sales representative to seamlessly close new logos through our Partner business channels.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience selling to Mid-Market sized businesses
  • Bachelor Degree or higher education equivalent, desirable
  • Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT, Security or Cybersecurity industry, desirable
  • Experience with Salesforce, Gmail, Google Docs, MS Office (Word and Excel), and web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Fluent in German
