What you will do

• Define and drive the vision and roadmap for internal platforms and automation.
• Identify and implement opportunities to apply AI and automation within internal workflows.
• Lead the end-to-end development of new internal products, platforms, and systems.
• Collaborate with various teams to identify needs, define requirements, and ensure successful rollout and adoption of internal tools.
• Gather feedback and insights from internal users to drive product improvements and future innovations.
• Leverage product, usage, and other business performance data to inform decisions and maximize impact.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience with a track record of successfully delivering web-based products, ideally in SaaS or communication tools.
• Enthusiasm for AI, with a solid understanding of AI systems, including autonomous agents and their practical applications.
• Proven experience in fast-paced technical environments, adept at working with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define requirements, and guide projects through key milestones.
• Strong analytical skills, with hands-on experience in SQL and data visualization tools to drive data-informed product decisions and measure success.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product strategies, updates, and insights to a wide range of audiences, including executive leadership.
• Experience leading the development of new products from scratch, with a strong bias toward action and execution in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
