Location: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week.

Salary: $2000 Paid-Paid Vacation bonus

What you will do

• Drive the Engagement Platform Strategy using agentic workflows and intelligent orchestration.
• Solve the Cold Start Problem by defining standard wizard patterns for product teams.
• Build the Continuous Discovery Layer with gamified experiences to help customers discover and adopt features.
• Orchestrate tools like EverAfter and the Workflows Engine for guided flows.
• Design for Agents First, ensuring every flow is structured for an agent environment.
• Partner with Data Engineering to ensure data flows into personalized engagement experiences.

Requirements

• Alignment with hirify.global Values.
• 3+ years of PM experience in customer engagement, activation, onboarding, or retention within a PLG or SaaS environment.
• Experience integrating AI into daily product workflows.
• Deep Lifecycle Engagement Fluency in designing systems that drive customer activation and adoption.
• Orchestration Mindset, thinking in patterns and platforms.
• Entrepreneurial Drive, taking initiative and creating clarity.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping agent-assisted operational workflows or AI-driven onboarding experiences.
• Experience using tools like Pendo, Amplitude, or Mixpanel to build behavioral segments.
• Experience running gamified engagement programs or lifecycle nudge systems.
• Experience working across CX, Marketing, and Product in a matrixed environment.
