What you will do

• Define the strategy for an integrated suite of solutions (CMS, Find a Doctor, and Global Search), aligning them with hospital business goals and patient needs.
• Lead the implementation of AI features in SaaS products, focusing on AI-optimized platform experiences and content automation.
• Drive personalized digital journeys that meet patients in "the moments that matter."
• Engage healthcare marketers and consumers to identify friction points in the care-seeking journey and translate these into technical requirements.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch using JIRA, prioritizing features that revolutionize patient navigation.
• Ensure all solutions are HIPAA compliant.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software product management experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience overseeing enterprise CMS platforms (Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, or Drupal).
• Solid understanding of AI optimization tooling and machine learning applications.
• Deep understanding of the Digital Front Door concept, patient journeys, Health IT, and healthcare regulations (HIPAA, data privacy).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
