Growth Product Manager (SaaS)

Location: This full-time role is based in Salt Lake City, UT, within commuting distance of our South Salt Lake City headquarters.

What you will do

• Diagnose barriers to customer activation/engagement and operationalize solutions.
• Create, test, and iterate on flows that improve time-to-value and increase conversion from trial/free to paid users.
• Analyze and optimize user journey, prioritize opportunities, and run A/B tests to improve conversion and retention.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
• Implement self-serve onboarding experiences and personalized touchpoints to drive engagement.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure success metrics.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management or growth experience (ideally in a SaaS or PLG environment).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools to inform A/B tests and user funnel optimization (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, SQL is a plus).
• User-centric approach with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights to enhance user activation.
• Hands-on experimentation experience and iterating on product-led initiatives.
• Must be within commuting distance of our South Salt Lake City headquarters.
• The majority of hirify.global's full-time roles do not qualify for sponsorship of employment visas such as the H-1B visa.

• Experience with onboarding tools (e.g., Appcues, Pendo, Chameleon, Userpilot).
