Lead Product Manager (AI): Owning a strategically important component of the Professional Audit workflow, a critical SaaS platform, with an accent on driving product success end-to-end. Focus on balancing multiple priorities and making high-impact decisions in a fast-moving environment.

Location: Hybrid (8 days/month) in USA - Coppell, TX, USA - Houston, TX, Allen Pkwy, USA - Austin, TX. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office as part of the recruitment process.

Salary: $107,500.00 - $188,400.00 USD. This role is eligible for Bonus.

What you will do

• Lead one or more offerings from 0-1 and beyond.
• Own the roadmap, long-term vision, and priorities for your team’s focus area.
• Translate strategy into clear requirements, specs, and success metrics.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design to ship high-quality product enhancements.
• Identify and champion opportunities where AI can unlock improvements in user experience and efficiency, or workflow quality.
• Partner with Engineering to design and deliver responsible, effective, AI-enabled capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or equivalent experience. Computer Science or Software Engineering Degree preferred.
• 8+ years of Product Management and/or Founder experience, ideally in an early-stage or fast-scaling startup.
• Domain experience in Audit, Tax and Accounting or Regulated Industries preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to own and scale a B2B product or product area with business impact.
• Strong intuition for the capabilities and limitations of LLMs and AI in general.
