What you will do

  • Conduct comprehensive workforce analytics and forecasting to determine staffing requirements.
  • Manage strategic BPO partnerships and vendor operations, driving contract negotiations and performance optimization.
  • Implement analytics tools to monitor staff performance and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration and reporting with Finance and Operations teams.
  • Manage and develop a team of workforce analysts, fostering their professional development.

Requirements

  • Workforce management expertise with strong analytical skills and experience in forecasting, capacity planning, and performance optimization.
  • Partnership management experience, excelling at building and maintaining strategic relationships with external partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with the ability to create complex forecasting models.
  • Leadership and ownership skills to manage multiple urgent situations and lead teams through high-pressure scenarios.
  • Effective communication skills with stakeholders at all levels, across multiple languages and cultural contexts (French and English preferred but not mandatory).

Hiring process
