What you will do
- Lead high-impact strategic projects, including designing AI-era pricing models and spearheading entry into new European markets.
- Drive investor relations and prepare narratives and data rooms for future funding rounds.
- Build and scale a repeatable AI-native operating system, deploying AI agents to optimize internal workflows and communication loops.
- Act as a proxy for the founders in internal and external meetings to ensure project momentum and decision-making.
- Optimize the sales-to-onboarding funnel to support scaling toward €100m+ ARR.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, or a high-growth VC-backed startup.
- Deep fluency in P&L management, financial modeling, and SaaS metrics.
- Ability to operate both at a high strategic level and execute detailed technical tasks in spreadsheets or legal contracts.
- Native or professional fluency in both English and German (C1+).
- Strong communication skills to distill complex AI and financial data into persuasive narratives.
- High agency and comfort with the ambiguity of a zero-to-one environment.
