TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Brussels, Madrid, or Barcelona.

What you will do

  • Articulate and execute a long-term vision for your assigned business segment.
  • Own the P&L and resource allocation to ensure segment growth and profitability.
  • Develop and refine go-to-market strategies, including renewal and expansion plans.
  • Collaborate with product, insurance, sales, and marketing teams to deliver market-leading solutions.
  • Analyze market intelligence and customer pain points to inform product trade-offs and pricing.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience leading a business segment or product category.
  • Full working proficiency in French (C1+).
  • Advanced proficiency in English (C1+).
  • Proven ability to establish transversal influence across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong business acumen combined with the ability to engage in deep product considerations.
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Brussels, Madrid, or Barcelona.
