What you will do
- Articulate and execute a long-term vision for your assigned business segment.
- Own the P&L and resource allocation to ensure segment growth and profitability.
- Develop and refine go-to-market strategies, including renewal and expansion plans.
- Collaborate with product, insurance, sales, and marketing teams to deliver market-leading solutions.
- Analyze market intelligence and customer pain points to inform product trade-offs and pricing.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience leading a business segment or product category.
- Full working proficiency in French (C1+).
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1+).
- Proven ability to establish transversal influence across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong business acumen combined with the ability to engage in deep product considerations.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Paris, Bordeaux, Lyon, Marseille, Brussels, Madrid, or Barcelona.
