What you will do

• Manage and coach a team of analysts through 1:1s, career development, and training.
• Assist with hiring and onboarding new team members.
• Monitor daily and weekly operations, ensuring timely reactions and SLA compliance.
• Perform deep dives on SLAs, providing root cause analysis and improvement actions.
• Challenge and improve processes and procedures continuously.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external escalations.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and French (C1+ required)
• Must be based in France (remote)
• 1+ years managing a team of 5+ full-time employees.
• Experience in AML, compliance, card disputes, or transaction monitoring.
• Knowledge of AML and sanctions regulations (JMLSG, OFAC, POCA, etc.).
• Practical knowledge of SQL and ability to work under pressure.
