What you will do

• Own and maximize all revenue and business growth within the Italian market.
• Develop and execute a local market strategy based on deep insights into user workflows and unmet needs.
• Build the local ecosystem through community engagement, strategic partnerships, and customer advocacy.
• Serve as the public face of Notion in Italy across press, conferences, and executive conversations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure customer outcomes.
• Establish a repeatable operating cadence for market planning, pipeline generation, and performance tracking.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in sales, business development, or market-building roles.
• 3+ years of experience in a people management role.
• Proven track record of building 0→1 in a market or segment with high agency in ambiguous environments.
• Fluency in both Italian and English is required.
• Deep established network within the Italian startup, VC, and enterprise ecosystem.
• Technical fluency to credibly demo Notion and AI agents to technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience at a high-growth SaaS or AI company operating in Southern Europe.
• Track record of scaling community-led or product-led growth (PLG) motions.
• Experience evangelizing productivity, collaboration, or developer tools.
