Enterprise Business Development Representative (Wellness): Identifying and engaging complex Enterprise prospects to uncover new business opportunities and set the stage for successful sales conversations. Location: Hybrid, requires 3 days onsite in Miami, FL office.

Salary: $49,129 - $57,387 USD

What you will do

  • Identify and engage complex Enterprise prospects via email, phone, LinkedIn, and video.
  • Conduct strategic outbound prospecting to uncover enterprise opportunities.
  • Set the stage for successful high-value sales conversations.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives for smooth handoff of qualified leads.
  • Develop industry expertise to act as a trusted consultant on HR, wellness, and people trends.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of professional experience (not necessarily in sales).
  • Familiar with Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach, Gong, Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn.
  • Tenacious and goal-driven with a proactive mindset.
  • Communicative with a polished, consultative, and executive-level presence.
  • Adaptable, coachable, and collaborative.
