What you will do

• Act as the primary technical solution partner for Sales to drive business development activities.
• Design technical architectures for complex customer solutions in collaboration with R&D and Operations.
• Build and present compelling customer value propositions that highlight technical benefits and cost-efficiency.
• Manage automation solution road-maps for specific industries including chemicals, water, and gas.
• Generate high-impact sales and marketing materials alongside the marketing team.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and technical discussions across Europe.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in automation, process industries, or related technical roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a relevant technical field.
• Strong foundation in automation systems and functional safety.
• Understanding of EPC environments and large-scale industrial projects.
• Ability to translate complex technology into actionable customer value.
• Must be willing to travel regularly (1–2 trips per month) within Europe.
