What you will do

• Identify and secure new commercial opportunities to drive business unit growth.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial opportunity identification and proposal creation to deal conversion.
• Develop market and account growth plans, including renewals and expansions.
• Provide expert client service, ensuring project deliverables are met on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with multi-location teams to deliver high-quality data-driven solutions to clients.
• Understand and address unique client challenges within the bar, cafe, and restaurant sectors.

Requirements

• Dutch proficiency and fluent English required.
• 2-5 years of experience in the On Premise sector, drinks industry, or with FMCG retailers.
• Strong background in account management or client-facing sales roles.
• Proven ability to identify new business opportunities and manage complex proposals.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Amstelveen, Netherlands.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
