What you will do

• Plan and deliver employer branding events to boost engagement and referrals.
• Develop and track campaigns across digital channels and social media.
• Create engaging content showcasing hirify.global’s talent, values, and opportunities.
• Translate hirify.global’s market reputation into messaging for IT talent in the UK.
• Support the development and localisation of the Employer Value Proposition (EVP) for the UK market.
• Collaborate with the Global Employer Branding team and Talent Acquisition.

Requirements

• BA or MA degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, HR, or similar.
• Experience in a hybrid role combining events, marketing, and project management.
• Understanding of what IT professionals value in an employer.
• Fluent in English.
• Must be willing to do UK based travel for projects.
• Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance
